  • Any cancellations made after 11:00 local time, 3 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

Check In/Pickup Location Details

  • The office is conveniently located in the French Quarter across the street from the House of Blues.
    Please arrive 15 minutes prior to tour departure in order to complete the necessary paperwork.

Restrictions

  • Guests who are pregnant are not permitted to participate in this activity.
  • Guests must be at least 99 lbs (45 kg) to participate in this activity.
  • Guests must be below 260 lbs (118 kg) to participate in this activity.
  • This activity is not wheelchair accessible.
  • Children 12 years old and above can participate in this activity.
  • There is a strict policy against alcohol consumption and Segway operation. Alcohol is forbidden on all Segway tours and any participant suspected of drinking before or during a Segway tour will immediately forfeit their tour and no refund will be given.
  • If less than 2 participants are booked, the activity may not operate.

Additional Notes

  • Gratuity is not included in the price.
  • The tour guide has full discretion to refuse service to customers based on attire, behavior, physical fitness and condition.
  • This activity operates regardless of weather.
  • Ponchos are provided free of charge in the event of rain.

Dressing & Items to Bring

  • A valid government-issued photo ID
  • Insurance requires that City Segway Tours maintain a credit card on file (one per party) on the day of the reservation. Please bring your MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover with you for this. Your card will not be charged unless there is damage caused to the Segway. Your card information will be deleted immediately upon completion of a damage-free tour.

  • Participants are required to sign a liability waiver at the time of check-in.
  • Participants 18 years old and under must have a parent or guardian sign their liability waiver.
  • All minors between the ages of 12 and 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian while on tour.

This tour is the perfect way to get an overview of the Crescent City. Glide along the city's streets and pass by some of the tour's highlights like the French Quarter, Louis Armstrong Park, Jackson Square, Bourbon Street, the Congo Square and the Old U.S. Mint.
